How to set up the watch:
1. Scan the QR code to download an app named SeTracker(classic version) or SeTracker2(new version).
2. Register an account. Fill in necessary information and complete the registration. Choose a correct area for sure.
3. Log into your account. Congratulations! You create the connection.

How to set the time:
1.Insert sim card , open the network, then the time and date will be automatically sync to the network.
2.Using your phone send message “pw,123456, ntpservers,121.43.19.219,8089#” to your watch.
3.Reset the time,sned message ““pw,123456,time,hour.minute.second,date,year.month.day#” to your watch.
Then send your received text messages to us. We'll help you sort out the problem.

How to solve the “device offline” problem:
1. 1.Check whether there are signal bars and "↑↓" symbol on the watch.
2.If there is no signal bars, please check whether the sim was inserted correctly, and go to a good signal place and check it.
3.If there is no "↑↓" symbol, please open the data and voice plan for the sim card.
4.Or you can use your phone to send two messages to the sim NO. in the watch, And send a screenshot to us(copy it)
