Prague's Renown Astronomical Zodiac Clock

Prague's Astronomical Clock located is renowned for its intricate design and historic significance. It is considered one of the oldest astronomical clocks still in operation and is a true marvel of engineering. The displacement of the zodiac circle is a result of using a stereographic projection of the ecliptic plane, with the North pole as the basis of the projection. This technique was common in astronomical clocks of the period and allowed for a precise representation of the Sun's movement.
